What is being proposed
The City of Melville has received a development application for a proposed seven (7) storey mixed-use development at 410–414 Canning Highway and 168 Stock Road, Attadale (Lot 15 Stock Road, and Lots 5, 13, & 14 Canning Highway, Attadale).
The proposal includes:
- 32 multiple dwellings
- Nine (9) medical suites
- Three (3) small commercial tenancies and
- A supermarket tenancy
- Associated shared parking, service areas and landscaping.
The applicant has elected to have the application determined by the Metro Inner Development Assessment Panel (DAP).
Opportunities to provide comment
Submissions on the proposal must be received before 11.59pm on Wednesday, 25 November 2026 and may be lodged using one of the following methods:
