State Disability Plan Postcard

The WA Government is developing a 10-year State Disability Plan, to build an inclusive community that supports and empowers people with disability. The aim is to engage, listen and understand the needs of the community, including people with disability, their families and carers, and those working in the sector.

The State Disability Plan aims to be community-driven and reflect the aspirations of people with disability throughout Western Australia.

Here's how you can participate:
  • Register your details at www.communities.wa.gov.au/state-disability-plan. You will then be kept informed and invited to participate in the Plan’s development.
  • Complete the online survey to help establish a vision for the State Disability Plan: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SDPWA (survey closes 12 February 2019).
  • Follow Disability Services on Facebook and please like and share posts to encourage all West Australians to be involved.
